Niki L

Niki Landella has worked on stage, screen and behind-the-scenes in Johannesburg since 2006.
At the age of 15, Niki attended the National School of the Arts where she received an FET in Dramatic Art. 
After school she volunteered at the Actor’s Centre in Johannesburg, working as Assistant Stage Manager in two Shakespeare productions. Her first semi-professional role was as Lucius, the little boy in the Actor’s Centre’s prodcution of ‘Julius Caeasar’ directed by David Dennis. 

Niki has done a great deal of Children’s Theatre. Her credits include the lead roles in shows such as ‘The Sleeping Beauty’, ‘The Little Mermaid’ and the ‘Beauty and the Beast’. During this time, she worked as an On-Set Childmnder for Education-on-Location and was a workshop leader, mentor and manager at a Drama-in-Education company in Johannesburg and Pretoria. 

One of the highlights of her career was achieving her goal of spending 4 weeks at the New York Film Academy, and immersing herself their Musical Theatre Workshop.
Niki’s Voice Over work includes a production for the SABC’s ‘Boost Africa’ and RSG’s  ‘Twee van Harte’ a radio drama directed by Evert Snyman. She has also done overdubs for international TV shows from India and Europe, translated in English and Afrikaans. 

For DSTV, Niki has presented for the Learning Channel, as well as appearing on a KykNet’s ‘Spiertier’ directed by Craig Hawks. In addition, she has performed in various advertisments for television and radio. 

Niki is currently working as a Voice Over Artist and is looking forward to voicing your next project.
